New! Mangrove video housing for the Canon Legria HF G25
Mangrove is pleased to announce the release of the Mangrove MVHC-L and XL housings compatible with the new CANON camcorders: HF G25, HF G10, XA10, etc. it features a state of the art LANC control system that allows accessing all camcorder functions, including the one-push White Balance, the external controls on the housing are linked by 12 electromagnetic pushbuttons to corresponding controls on the camera inside the case. The Mangrove housing is small, light and designed for optimal grip operation.
The maintenance-free electronic 12-key control makes operation even easier. Now, for the first time, it is possible to operate all camcorder functions (such as manual WB, aperture and shutter time, focus, zoom and many others) using the electronic touch screen control. This control set is much easier to use than the mechanical touch screen on competitors systems.
Mangrove video housing’s front case is constructed from marine grade aluminium, machined, anodized and the rear case is machined from solid Delrin. The housing’s sleek, ergonomic design feels like a natural extension of your hands and makes capturing that perfect video sequence fluid and easy. Redundant double O-ring seal system on the rear case provides maximum protection and does not depend on clamping pressure for security.
The Mangrove MVHC-L/-XL is a universal housing that accepts nearly the entire line of Canon HD video cameras, the camcorder mounts on a specially engineered universal camera tray that can be adjusted by the customer in any position in just a few minutes.
